【福爾摩沙管風琴演奏家】與【福爾摩沙管風琴文化協會】，以『音樂展演』、『國際交流』、『藝術美學與音樂教育扎根』為主要目標，近年來將音樂教育與公益結合，持續發展跨領域管風琴展演與國際交流。 藝術總監余曉怡小姐近年來在一次次的國際管風琴音樂節中受邀演出，親自見證歐美藝術節如何逐年累積，成為當地的國家文化盛事指標，回台後積極擘劃臺灣在地管風琴藝術節之深耕計畫。透過台灣在地管風琴藝術節的推動，活化地方教堂的美麗樂器與社區連結，也透過國際展演的音樂文化交流，共同規劃與演出跨國管風琴節目，文化上的碰撞與激盪、創意與融合，將這些獨特的演奏經歷與累積的文化資產、管風琴演奏人才的培育，點滴累積於屬於我們的土地上。
管風琴，結合建築、藝術、文學並深植歐洲文化之中，歐美的音樂廳與教堂管風琴見證百年建築工藝的美學傳承; 世界知名的教堂建築與管風琴則列入世界文化遺產保存，橫跨西方歷史，台灣就有自己的管風琴故事與教堂建築之美。2023 第一屆福爾摩沙國際管風琴藝術節以【發現台灣管風琴之美】為主題，「音樂與建築」為主軸，實踐永續與藝術永續的概念，在地文化深耕，關注台灣知名教堂建築與管風琴、台灣音樂家等與國際藝術永續議題接軌，創下佳績。
2024年第二屆福爾摩沙國際管風琴藝術節，連結在地管風琴教堂，並發展國際交流為目標。本團藝術總監余曉怡小姐受邀波蘭科沙林管風琴藝術節《靈感台灣》六場巡演外，今年邀請捷克匹克羅合唱管弦樂團（Piccolo coro & Piccola orchestra）帶來一場四個世紀的捷克聖樂和世俗音樂之旅，並於八月精心推出於台北國家音樂廳鎮館之寶管風琴與科技的藝術饗宴：《靈感台灣：島影琴深》余曉怡管風琴音樂會。以及樂器之王管風琴與在地教堂的連結，培育年輕音樂家以文化扎根走進社區串連南北音樂會，持續寫下台灣在地管風琴文化的故事。
The 2nd Formosa International Organ Festival
Formosa Virtuoso Organist and the Formosa Pipe Organ Society focus on music performance, international exchange, and rooting artistic aesthetics and music education. Led by Artistic Director Ms. Yu Hsiao-yi, they blend music education with philanthropy, developing organ performances and international exchanges. Through Ms. Yu’s participation in international organ festivals, the society promotes Taiwan’s local organ arts festivals, revitalizing local church instruments and connecting with the community. The Formosa International Organ Art Festival highlights Taiwan’s organ beauty, merging music and architecture sustainably.
The 2nd Formosa International Organ Art Festival in 2024 aims to connect local organ churches and foster international exchange. This year, our Artistic Director, Miss Hsiao-yi, was invited to perform in six concerts titled “Inspiration Formosa” at the International Organ Festival in Poland. Additionally, we are delighted to invite the Piccolo Coro & Piccola Orchestra to take us on a journey through four centuries of Czech sacred and secular music. In August, we will present a special event at the National Concert Hall in Taipei: “Inspiring Formosa: From Mirage to Mirror” – a concert by Yu Hsiao-yi featuring the treasures of organ and technology. Through linking the king of instruments, the organ, with local churches, and nurturing young musicians to deeply root in culture and engage with communities through concerts north and south, we are committed to continue scripting the story of Taiwan’s local organ culture.
