以 AI、建築與光重新定義古典音樂的未來，開啟台灣首個連結世界十大音樂廳的文化品牌原型。

設計理念
《島影琴深：余曉怡管風琴音樂會》是一場以 AI 驅動文化品牌再造 的跨域實驗。一座管風琴是一座城市的縮影。本作為「全球十大音樂廳計畫（Ten Halls Project）」首站，於 台北國家音樂廳 首演。以歐洲最古老的樂器──管風琴──為文化原點，結合GAI 生成影像平台、建築級投影、透明全像顯示與沉浸式燈光設計，將音樂結構即時轉譯為光影語彙，使音樂廳轉化為可呼吸的「光的建築」。
《島影琴深》於台北國家音樂廳首演，首度在古典音樂場域中融合工業技術研究院（ITRI）最先進的生成式 AI 技術，結合國際水準的光雕投影與燈光設計。節目由林昭憲製作、管風琴家余曉怡策畫並親自演出，與【福爾摩沙管風琴文化協會】及【璞藝文化藝術】共同實現，開創建築、科技、文化與藝術娛樂交融的跨域里程碑。
整體設計概念以「AI 生成 × 光雕投影 × 沉浸式燈光」為核心，讓音樂廳化身為一座「流動的建築」。工研院技術將音樂意象轉化為動態視覺，讓管風琴的聲波在牆面、柱體與穹頂間化為可見的光之共鳴。光與聲不再分屬兩個維度，而交織成一個多感官的音樂宇宙。
節目曲目橫跨巴赫經典、當代作品與《島影琴深》系列世界首演。燈光與 AI 隨樂句呼吸共動：巴洛克的秩序化為光之結構，當代語彙展現未來視覺，台灣南島文化的精神則被重構為具普世性的設計語言。此製作重新定義古典音樂會的可能性，使台灣成為亞洲首個以 AI 與光影雕塑技術打造沉浸式管風琴品牌的國家，並在表演藝術、建築、娛樂與沉浸式體驗設計上，建立國際新標竿，展現台灣文化創新的全球影響力。
Inspiring Formosa:Organ Concert of Hsiao-Yi Yu is a cross-disciplinary experiment redefining cultural branding through AI.Each pipe organ reflects the soul of a city. As the first chapter of the Ten Halls Global Project, the premiere at Taipei National Concert Hall transforms Europe’s oldest instrument—the pipe organ— into a living architecture of light and sound. Through the GAI Generative Audio-Visual Platform, architectural-scale projections, transparent holographic displays, and immersive lighting, musical structures are translated into dynamic visual language, turning the concert hall into a breathing instrument of light.
Inspiring Formosa: Organ Concert of Hsiao-Yi Yu premiered at the National Concert Hall in Taipei, introducing for the first time the fusion of ITRI’s cutting-edge GAI generative technology with international-level projection mapping and lighting design in a classical music setting. Produced by Jeff Lin and curated and performed by organist Hsiaoyi Yu, the project was realized with the Formosa Pipe Organ Society and ArtPure CULTURE & ART, establishing a landmark in cross-disciplinary performance where architecture, technology, culture, and entertainment converge. The design concept combined AI generation × projection mapping × immersive lighting, transforming the concert hall into a “flowing architecture.” Industrial Technology Research Institute(ITRI)’s technology translated musical ideas into dynamic visuals, making the organ’s resonance visible across walls, columns, and domes. Light and sound were no longer separate elements but merged into a multi-sensory universe of music and space. The program bridged Bach’s masterpieces, contemporary works, and the world premieres of the Inspiring Formosa series. Lighting and AI breathed with the music: Baroque order materialized as luminous structures, contemporary idioms unfolded as futuristic visions, and Taiwan’s Austronesian spirit was reimagined as a universal design language. This production redefined what a classical concert could achieve, establishing Taiwan as the first in Asia to pioneer an immersive organ brand powered by AI and light-sculpting technologies. It set a new international benchmark in performance, architecture, entertainment, and immersive experience design, positioning Taiwan’s cultural innovation on the global stage.
